聚硅氧烷改性两亲性超支化聚酯的合成及应用

【摘要】 通过羟烷基硅油对端羧基超支化聚酯的改性反应,制备了聚硅氧烷改性两亲性超支化聚酯(HBPPSi),并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)对HBPPSi的化学结构进行了表征。利用表面张力测试、动态激光光散射(DLS)和透射电镜(TEM)对HBPPSi在溶液中的自组装行为进行研究,结果表明HBPPSi在溶液界面上具有良好的自组装行为,可以在乙醇/水的混合溶剂中形成不同形态和结构的聚集体。在此基础上将HBPPSi与二甲基硅油、疏水性白炭黑等复配制得乳液消泡剂,具有良好的消泡及抑泡性能。

【Abstract】 A polysiloxane-modified amphiphilic hyperbranched polyester(HBPPSi) has been synthesized through the reaction between the alkyl hydroxyl end-groups of a polysiloxane and the COOH end-groups of a hyperbranched polyester,and the structure of the polymer was identified by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The resulting HBPPSi has good solubility in both polar solvents(such as ethanol) and non-polar solvents(such as toluene).The self-assembly behavior of the HBPPSi in ethanol/water solvents was studied by dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy.The results showed that the HBPPSi could form hollow vesicles with different shapes and structures in mixed ethanol/water solvents,and a defoaming agent—which was formulated from the HBPPSi,dimethyl silicone,and hydrophobic nano-silica—showed an excellent defoaming performance.
