测量不确定度与测绘学精度

【摘要】 测量不确定度评定理论已经是其他学科公认的测量可靠性评价规范,而测绘学科仍然一直沿用传统的精确度评价理论。为此,通过对传统测量理论及不确定度理论核心思想原理的回顾,联系测绘生产实践中的具体事例,从概念定义、误差认识论、测量可靠性评价理念、测量仪器评价等角度,对测量不确定度理论和测绘学精度理论进行比较,指出测量不确定度和测绘学精度评定的内在联系与区别,阐明不确定度理论较传统的精确度理论的科学性和在测绘学科推广不确定度评定理论的必要性。

【Abstract】 The evaluation theory of measurement uncertainty has been widely recognized when evaluating the reliability of the measurement results in other subjects.But the traditional disciplines of evaluating accuracy has been used in the geodesy.In this paper,we review the traditional theory of measurement uncertainty and core principles of geodesy,and analysis with specific practice.We compara the theory of measurement uncertainty with the accuracy thoery in geodesy in the basis concepts,the errors epistemology, evaluation idea of the surveying reliability and the assessment of Surveying Instruments etc.It is been pointed out that the measurement uncertainty and the surveying accuracy assessment has some differences internal links.It is been clarified that the theory of measurement uncertainty is a more scientific and strict discipline man the traditional theory of evaluating accuracy,and uncertainty evaluation should be promoted in the geodesy.
