适于塑料薄膜印刷用的水性油墨丙烯酸树脂连接料的制备研究

【摘要】 通过丙烯酸酯乳液成膜后的吸水率、耐溶剂性、硬度等性能的测试,研究了双丙酮丙烯酰胺和已二酸二酰肼常温交联体系,以及乳胶粒子的核壳结构对乳液成膜后胶膜性能的影响。实验发现,当双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)用量为单体总量的5%~7%,ADH用量为DAAM摩尔质量的0.3~0.5时,胶膜的耐水性和耐溶剂性最佳。

【Abstract】 Using diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)as crosslinking agent,and styrene,methyl methacrylate,isobornyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,ethyl hexyl acrylate,acrylic acid,methacrylic acid as monomers,a series of acrylic emulsion were synthesized by method of semi-continuous seeded polymerization.Influence of dosage of DAAM and adipic acid dihydrazide(ADH),as well as"core-shell" structure of emulsion particles on the hardness,water resistance,solvent resistance of films formed were studied.The films showed the best water and solvent resistance when the following condition were met:pH of the emulsion was about 5~10,DAAM was 5~7wt% of the whole comonomers,and mole ratio of ADH to DAAM was in the range of 0.3~0.5,.Meanwhile,it’s found that the acrylic resin with "soft core and hard shell" structure demonstrated better water resistance and higher hardness than ones with "hard core and soft shell"structure.
