海子水库浮游植物多样性与群落结构特征

【摘要】 这项研究旨在分析作为旅游景点的海子水库的浮游植物群落组成、多样性及其生态属性。于2009年的5月、8月、10月和2010年的5月、8月、10月进行了野外生态调查。通过实验室内镜检的方法,共鉴定出藻类六门74种。绿藻门是最大种群,有20属45种,所占比例为60.8%,其次是蓝藻门有9属11种,占14.9%。海子水库坝前采样点与内湖采样点相比较,具有更高的丰富度、丰度和生物量,特别是在夏季期间观察到的更明显。Hormidium K tzing(链丝藻)、Peridinium(多甲藻属)、Merismopedia(平裂藻属)、Volvoxaureus(美丽团藻)数量上占优势。Hormidium K tzing是浮游植物的主要常见种,常生活于污水中,可利用其有效地去除水体中的氮和磷。根据藻类密度与修正卡森指数值,海子水库水体是富营养化水体。分析物种多样性及生态属性的讨论和结果显示浮游植物群落主要受气象因子与养分可用性(主要的驱动因子)影响。相关分析表明浮游植物生物量受限于营养成分磷(p<0.05)。浮游植物丰度正向作用于浮游动物丰度。说明了在水生态系统中的浮游植物多样性有突出的生态作用,正如文献中已经论证的鱼和浮游动物一样。因此,采取保护水库区域水生生物群落动态平衡及减少污染的环境方案,以尽量减少截断水循环的大坝给水生态系统带来的负面影响。

【Abstract】 This study aimed to analyse the community structure, diversity and ecological attributes of the phytoplankton assemblages in the Haizi reservoir. Fieldwork was carried out in May, August and Octorber/2009 and May, August and Octorber/2010. A total of 74 species belonging to 6 phyla were identified through laboratory microscopical examination method, Chlorophyta was the most specious group(45 species of 20 genera), and Cyanophyta (11 species of 9 genera). Higher richness, aundance and biomass were observed in the front of dam of Haizi reservoir when compared with the internal lake of Haizi reservoir sampling point, especially during Summer period. Hormidium K tzing, Peridinium, Merismopedia and Volvoxaureus dominated numerically. Hormidium K tzing was the main species of the phytoplankton in terms of abundance and frequency of occurrence, which often live in Wastewater, so genral use it to remove nitrogen and phosphorus in water. According to the density of algae and modified Carson index, Haizi reservoir is eutrophic water. Analysis of species diversity and ecological properties are discussed and the results showed that the phytoplankton community was mainly affected by meteorological factor and nutrient availability (the main driving factors) influence. The correlation analysis showed that the biomass of phytoplankton is limited by nutrients phosphorus (p<0.05). Phytoplankton abundance positive effect on planktonic animal abundance. Explained in the aquatic ecosystem of the phytoplankton diversity ecological role prominent, fish and pelagic animal have demonstrated as literature. Therefore, environmental protection scheme adopted in reservoir area aquatic community dynamic balance and reduce pollution, to minimize the negative impact of dam in water ecosystem.
