【摘要】 The E-marketing is the development direction of SMEs face the global competition and improve their own advantages,SMEs have some management,technology,talents and other problems in the process of E-marketing.The paper analyzed the present situation and the main problems of SMEs in Huludao China,and corresponding strategies are proposed to solve the problems.
